EMPLOYMENT NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

Foothills Behavior Specialists (FBS) is committed to providing a work environment that is free from discrimination and harassment. This policy applies to all aspects of employment, including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, benefits, transfers, and termination. FBS will not tolerate any form of discrimination, including but not limited to:

 

1. Unfair treatment or denial of opportunities based on protected characteristics.

3. Retaliation against any employee who opposes discriminatory behavior, files a complaint, or participates in an investigation.

All employees, including managers, supervisors, and co-workers, have a responsibility to uphold and promote this non-discrimination policy. Discrimination and harassment complaints will be promptly and thoroughly investigated, and disciplinary action will be taken against those found to have violated this policy.

 

Employees who believe they have experienced or witnessed discrimination in violation of this policy should report it immediately to their supervisor, the designated Human Resources representative, or through the established complaint procedure. Complaints will be treated confidentially to the extent possible, and no retaliation will be tolerated against employees who make good-faith reports.
